The NEW FLC 500 Series features an innovative single sided tensioning system which shortens screen panel replacement time to less than one minute per panel. This state-of-the-art tensioning system utilizes tensioning fingers and Quick-Lok, 1/2 turn tension bolts to facilitate faster, easier, and more reliable screen panel tensioning.

The FLC 500 Series also features a revolutionary AWD (Adjustable While Drilling) mechanism which is engineered to withstand increased vibratory G force while allowing for faster and easier deck angle adjustment.

Powered by two of Derrick's Super G™ motors, this linear motion shaker offers superior performance. Super G motors feature a greased-for-life bearing design that significantly reduces maintenance requirements. In addition, Super G motors enable the shaker to operate at lower decibels than traditional shakers.

The FLC 500 is a component-based system that can be configured to allow complete machine operation from either the left or right side. The FLC 513 is a 3-panel single deck shaker while the FLC 514 is a 4-panel single deck shale shaker. Both units can be configured to accommodate up to three 10" desander cones and up to twenty 4" desilter cones. Additionally, both units can accommodate Derrick's Flo-Line Primer, a large drilled solids and hydrated clays (gumbo) removal machine.
