Engineered to separate solids from 40 to 75 microns, Derrick desanders can handle exceptional amounts of solids at high flow rates. This in-line manifold can hold between one and three 10" desander cones and is available in both an upright and an inclined configuration.

In addition, Derrick desanders offer the choice of a stand alone configuration or a mud cleaner adaptation which allows the unit to be mounted directly over the Derrick Flo-Line Cleaner 2000 4-panel linear motion shaker. Adding the desander manifold to an FLC-2000 4-panel successfully converts this exceptional shaker into a high performance (1,500 GPM) mud cleaner.
