Mr. Aweto Digun Ejovwokoghene Innocent is a doyen and well seasoned Human resources manager. For almost a decade, he took charge of Lonestar Drilling Nigeria Limited Personnel Department.

He holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Delta State University Abraka.

While working in Lonestar, The first African indigenous drilling Company, he was solely in charge of:

1. Personnel Recruitment.
2. Deployment/Placement of crews into operating Rigs.
3. Personnel training/Human Capital Development.
4. Expatriate. Immigration matter.
5. Co-coordinating National and Expatriate crew change.
6. Rig Personnel Administration.

Mr Aweto, recruited and managed experienced personnel both national and expatriate for seven operating Lonestar Rigs. He had to his credit that the new generation of Assistant Drillers, Drillers, Tour Pushers and Tool pushers in Nigeria are product of his human capital Development policy in Lonestar.

More also, He Pioneered the Human capital that kick started the operation of Sap-Hilong Rigs 2 working for SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY.

His quest to have future holistic rig workers’ managerial skills attracted him to work in the Rig as Assistant Driller Trainee and rose to the rank of an Assistant Driller.

The combination of his rich office experience and Rig Technical skills made him a guru in Human Resource and Rig logistic operational management.

He is currently the Human Resources/ Rig Logistic Manager for Shaledrill Intercontinental Limited.
